Job Description

AIBI Campus is seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive student admissions and strategic growth. The role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and client engagement within the education or EdTech space.The faculty will be required to conduct classes in both online and offline modes.*Key Responsibilities:*Engage with potential students and partners through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Convert leads into enrollments, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly targets and improve outreach efforts.*Requirements:*2–3years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education or training sector. Strong communication, persuasion, and CRM skills are essential. A results-driven attitude and prior experience in admissions or consultative selling will be an added advantage.
