Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Rajnandgaon. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will liaise with internal teams to craft strategies and achieve sales targets, mentor team members, and provide actionable insights to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in sales, business development, and account management
Proficiency in client relationship management, customer acquisition, and networking
Strategic planning, market research, and data analysis skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
Self-motivated, with the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
