Job Description

As a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Leader with proven expertise in Enterprise Sales for IT Staffing and Workforce Solutions, your role will involve identifying, targeting, and acquiring large enterprise clients. You will build and nurture strong relationships with C-Suite leaders to establish long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will also include defining and executing sales strategies, managing key enterprise accounts, driving partnership building, negotiating complex deals, tracking industry trends, and contributing to leadership initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, target, and acquire large enterprise clients for IT staffing and managed services. - Build and nurture strong relationships with C-Suite leaders to establish long-term partnerships. - Define and execute the sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets in the IT staffing domain. - Own key enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities. - Leverage networks and industry connects to open doors and position the organization as a preferred IT staffing partner. - Drive complex deal negotiations including rate cards, SLAs, MSAs, and long-term staffing agreements. - Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to shape business offerings. - Mentor the sales team, contribute to brand building, and support overall revenue strategy. Key Requirements: - 10-15+ years of proven success in Enterprise Sales / Business Development in IT Staffing or Talent Solutions. - Strong, established connects with CXOs and senior decision-makers in large enterprises across industries. - Demonstrated ability to close multi-million-dollar staffing deals and consistently exceed revenue targets. - Deep understanding of IT talent landscape, staff augmentation, managed services, and workforce solutions. - Exceptional stakeholder management, consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Growth-oriented, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a high-performance, outcome-driven environment.
