As the Business Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth in international markets, overseeing the sales team, and contributing to enterprise-level deals. Your experience as a sales leader in IT services, along with exceptional communication skills, will be essential in navigating complex enterprise accounts. - Lead, coach, and mentor the international sales team to achieve targets. - Develop go-to-market strategies for new regions, verticals, and service lines. - Define sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms. - Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. - Establish and maintain long-term client relationships with C-level executives. - Meet personal revenue and conversion targets aligned with organizational goals. - Collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored client solutions. - Represent the company at international events, conferences, and networking forums. - Monitor global IT/AI industry trends and identify growth opportunities. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. - 5-10 years of experience in international business development or sales for IT services, SaaS, or consulting firms. - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and strong knowledge of enterprise IT services. - Exceptional leadership skills with previous sales team management experience. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. - Willingness to travel internationally when necessary.
