Job Summary

Lead – Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  Business Development team

  for US staffing accounts
• Drive

  new client acquisition

  through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and networking
• Identify and generate

  high-quality leads

  in the US market
• Own the

  end-to-end sales cycle

  : lead generation, requirement discussion, pricing, negotiation, and

  deal closure

• Build and maintain

  long-term relationships

  with direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners
• Coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure

  successful fulfillment and client satisfaction

• Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Prepare and present

  weekly/monthly reports

  to leadership
• Stay updated with

  US staffing trends, market intelligence, and competitor activity

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in

  Business Development / Sales

  in

  US IT Staffing

• Strong exposure to

  Contract, C2C, and Full-Time staffing models

• Proven ability in

  lead generation and closing US staffing deals

• Experience in handling

  direct clients, MSPs, and vendors

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Prior experience in

  team handling and mentoring

• Strong understanding of

  rate negotiation, SLAs, and staffing processes
