Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end Business Development & OEM Sales strategy

• Drive revenue growth through

  new OEM acquisition and existing account expansion

• Own relationships with

  CXO-level stakeholders at OEMs

• Identify new product opportunities, RFQs, and long-term sourcing programs
• Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization
• Coordinate with

  Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing

  teams for OEM approvals
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and future sourcing plans
• Build and mentor a high-performing

  OEM sales & BD team

• Represent the organization in

  industry forums, auto expos, and OEM meets

• Ensure alignment with long-term business plans and capacity expansion

Candidate Profile

• 1525 years of experience in

  Auto Component Manufacturing

• Mandatory experience in

  selling auto components directly to OEMs

• Strong exposure to

  RFQ-to-SOP lifecycle

• Proven track record of handling

  large OEM accounts

• Experience across

  PV / CV / EV / 2W OEMs

  preferred
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Education

• BE / BTech (Mechanical / Automobile preferred)
• MBA (Sales / Marketing / Strategy) preferred
