Were hiring two dynamic individuals to join our clients team in Bangalore as:

  • Business Development Manager (BDM)

  • Key Account Manager (KAM)


You'll be instrumental in growing business, managing strategic accounts, and offering customized solutions in a competitive industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities across target segments
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations
  • Build a strong sales pipeline aligned with strategic goals
  • Customize packaging solutions based on customer needs

Key Account Manager (KAM)

  • Manage key client relationships across delivery, coordination, and satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary contact for all account needs and escalations
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Forecast client requirements and work with internal teams for execution

What You'll Need

  • Bachelors degree required (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, account management, or industrial sales
  • Preferred Background:

    Packaging, Industrial Machinery, Chemicals, Additives, Ingredients, Flavours, Fragrances, or related industrial consumables
  • Prior experience dealing with FMCG, Pharma, Food & Beverage manufacturers is a strong advantage
