WildSattva is a premium B2B wellness and gourmet gifting brand rooted in Kerala’s heritage. We curate authentic products like Wild Honey, Chukku (ginger) Coffee, Heirloom spices and Gourmet Dry Fruits — creating hampers that reflect care, authenticity, and sophistication.


Our mission is to transform corporate and institutional gifting into a meaningful gesture rather than a formality — providing gifts that are consumable, memorable, and create a positive brand impression for our clients.


We work with corporates, hospitality groups, educational institutions, resorts, and wedding/event planners across India.


Role Overview:


Business Development Intern

You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and gain hands-on exposure to B2B sales, pitching, corporate communication, and client relationship management.


This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, disciplined, and willing to grow in business development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Expand and cater to all target audiences, including HR heads, procurement teams, CXOs, hotels, resorts, wedding planners, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and reach out to decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and direct calls.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product presentations.
  • Pitch WildSattva’s premium gifting boxes and products to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close orders, working towards monthly sales targets.
  • Draft and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain CRM/Excel trackers for leads, conversations, and closures.
  • Collect client feedback to refine products and offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Founder & operations team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.


Who’s a Good Fit:


  • Strong interest in sales, client relations, and business development.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable with startup-style fast growth.
  • Organised, target-oriented, and eager to close deals.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ready to take ownership and grow with the company.


Performance Expectations:


target-based internship

monthly performance benchmark of 50–75 boxes

Consistency in communication, outreach quality, and follow-up discipline is expected every day.

Stipend Structure:

  • Fixed stipend:

    ₹10,000 per month
  • Performance incentives:

    ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month
  • (based on achieving monthly outreach & conversion milestones)


Evaluation Period:

2-week evaluation period

  • Consistency & discipline
  • Communication & fluency
  • Daily outreach quality
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Professionalism & responsiveness

Stipend begins after successful completion of this 2-week evaluation period.
