Mode :Remote | Duration : 6 Months | Stipend Provided



We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our dynamic sales team. The intern will play a key role in generating leads, understanding customer needs, and assisting in driving conversions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the SaaS and HR tech industry and a great opportunity to build a career in B2B sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Schedule demos and assist in conducting product presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and opportunity details.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve the sales funnel.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly outreach and conversion goals.


Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in B2B SaaS sales and the HR tech domain.
  • Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn sales strategies and CRM tools.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup.
