As part of our growth, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. Role Overview : We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Business Development Intern who can support Docville's partnership growth with MNCs, corporates, and HR/CHRO teams . The role will focus on prospecting , data research , and managing lead databases to drive corporate tie-ups and partnership pipelines. Key Responsibilities : 1. Prospecting & Lead Research Identify and research MNCs, large corporates, HR leaders, admin heads, and CSR teams relevant for partnerships. Find and verify email IDs, LinkedIn profiles, contact numbers , and key decision-maker details. Generate and maintain a high-quality corporate leads list for partnership outreach. 2. LinkedIn Research & Outreach Support Search for relevant HR, Admin, CSR, CHRO, and Leadership profiles on LinkedIn. Compile and organise LinkedIn profile links for the internal BD team. Support in preparing outreach messages, basic follow-ups, and initial communication drafts (no direct pitching required). 3. Data Management Maintain all research data neatly in CRM tools. Clean, update, and categorize lead data for easy use by senior BD managers. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and complete documentation of all reach-outs and responses. 4. Market Intelligence Track industry trends, corporate wellness initiatives, and employee healthcare patterns. Share insights that can help Docville improve its corporate offerings & tie-up strategies. 5. Support to BD & Founding Team Assist in creating decks, reports, and weekly progress summaries. Coordinate internally with operations and marketing when required. Skills Required : Strong research skills (Google, LinkedIn, email discovery tools). Basic understanding of corporate structures (HR, Admin, CSR, CHRO roles). Good communication and written skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (preferred). Attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets. Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Eligibility : Students or freshers pursuing/completed Bachelor's degree (any field). Prior experience in research, BD support, or CRM management is a plus but not mandatory.
