We specialize in storytelling and provide content development, branding, fashion modeling, influencer marketing, and film production services. Our platform supports Big and medium enterprises by bringing their business/brand online and running ads/promotions for them. We also support emerging talents like aspiring fashion models, actors, creators, and influencers.


Role Description

This is an unpaid internship role for a motivated and analytical Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team, based in New Delhi, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for 90% work from home. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain practical, real-world experience in business development and sales. You will work closely with the director to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new business opportunities, and industry trends.
  • Assist in lead generation efforts through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Support the director in preparing and presenting sales materials, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client information and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to help forecast key trends and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties and support ongoing projects as needed by the management team. 


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
