We specialize in storytelling and provide content development, branding, fashion modeling, influencer marketing, and film production services. Our platform supports Big and medium enterprises by bringing their business/brand online and running ads/promotions for them. We also support emerging talents like aspiring fashion models, actors, creators, and influencers.

Role Description

This is an unpaid internship role for a Personal Assistant Intern, based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement allowing 90% work from home. The Personal Assistant Intern will assist the director with daily administrative tasks, manage diaries, and provide executive assistance and clerical support. This role offers valuable experience in the fashion media industry.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and create eye-catching posts, stories, and reels covers using Canva
• Assist the director in planning and scheduling social media content
• Coordinate with models and brands for shoots and campaigns
• Maintain communication records, reminders, and weekly task reports
• Support the founder in day-to-day creative and social media activities

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva and Instagram
• Diary Management and Clerical Skills
• Proactive and organised with the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with office software and tools
• Pursuing or completing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
