We connect individuals with experienced professionals to help them navigate their mental wellness journey. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and organized Management Intern to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and have a keen eye for organization, this role is for you! Alongside managing client leads and communications, you’ll also gain exposure to SEO and social media marketing. Key Responsibilities Lead Management – Organize, track, and update client leads in spreadsheets. Client Communication – Engage with clients via email/WhatsApp to address queries and schedule sessions. Scheduling & Coordination – Assist in managing therapy session bookings. SEO Basics – Learn and assist with search engine optimization tasks. Social Media Learning – Get hands-on experience with content scheduling and engagement. Process Support – Assist in streamlining client handling and lead management workflows. What We are Looking For? Strong English Communication Skills – Written and verbal proficiency is key. Organizational Skills – Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) is a plus. Adaptability & Willingness to Learn – Interest in social media marketing and operational tools.
