We aim to empower students with real-world market knowledge through structured programs and mentorship. --- Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern who is eager to learn sales, client acquisition, and business growth strategies. This role offers hands-on exposure to real sales processes, lead generation, customer interaction, and strategic growth planning. --- Key Responsibilities Assist in lead generation through calls, messages, emails, and social platforms Communicate with potential students/clients and explain course offerings Support the sales team in follow-ups and conversions Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel Conduct market research and competitor analysis Help in planning and executing marketing & outreach campaigns Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution Prepare basic sales reports and performance summaries --- Skills & Requirements Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Basic understanding or interest in sales, marketing, or business development Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and take ownership Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Prior sales or marketing exposure is a plus (not mandatory) --- Who Should Apply?
