Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Management Intern to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and have a keen eye for organization, this role is for you! Alongside managing client leads and communications, you’ll also gain exposure to SEO and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management – Organize, track, and update client leads in spreadsheets.
• Client Communication – Engage with clients via email/WhatsApp to address queries and schedule sessions.
• Scheduling & Coordination – Assist in managing therapy session bookings.
• SEO Basics – Learn and assist with search engine optimization tasks.
• Social Media Learning – Get hands-on experience with content scheduling and engagement.
• Process Support – Assist in streamlining client handling and lead management workflows.

What We are Looking For?

• Strong English Communication Skills – Written and verbal proficiency is key.
• Organizational Skills – Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) is a plus.
• Adaptability & Willingness to Learn – Interest in social media marketing and operational tools.
• Positive Attitude – Enthusiasm for mental wellness and a desire to contribute meaningfully.
