About the Role:

Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities:

1) Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

2) Create regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and team KPIs.

3) Evaluate CRM data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

4) Provide actionable insights to the sales team to improve conversion rates and productivity.

5) Follow up on sales activities with team members to ensure timely updates and progress tracking.

6) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align strategies.

7) Assist in forecasting sales performance and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

1) Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

2) Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools.

3) Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with sales teams.

Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
