Key Responsibilities: Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Support in preparing reports and analyzing financial data Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance tasks Help with HR operations and compliance documentation Support the planning of employee events and internal communications Learn real-time HR practices and systems Identify and support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities Market research & lead generation Developing marketing strategies- digital marketing, social media marketing and corporate branding Analyze customer interactions and suggest improvements Help with lead generation and tracking performance metrics Cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
