Role overview

Sales Intern


What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential brand, agency, and creator leads using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other discovery tools.
  • Assist in creating outreach campaigns and personalized pitches.
  • Manage lead tracking and follow-ups in our CRM.
  • Participate in product demos and sales calls to learn customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve user acquisition funnels.
  • Collect feedback from potential customers to help shape Baton’s growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong communicator who’s comfortable reaching out to new people.
  • Interest in the creator economy, marketing, or B2B SaaS.
  • Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to learn.
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Notion CRM, or Airtable) or cold outreach tools.
