Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and connect with decision-makers in

    IT, Procurement, and HR departments

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team
  • Track

    RFPs/RFQs

    and support proposal submissions
  • Coordinate with internal delivery and recruitment teams
  • Assist in growing and managing

    US Public Sector accounts

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in

    Inside Sales (US market preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in

    EST hours / night shift

  • Experience in

    IT Services, Staffing, or Consulting

    is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with

    lead generation, cold calling, and email campaigns

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
