Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting organizations with talent acquisition needs (cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, industry events, etc.).​
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with potential and newly acquired clients, understanding their specific recruitment requirements.​
  • Present MGrow's recruitment solutions, pitch proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate terms with decision-makers.​
  • Coordinate and facilitate a seamless onboarding process for clients, ensuring all documentation, service agreements, and expectations are clearly communicated and finalized.​
  • Serve as a single point of contact for new clients during their initial engagement, answering queries, facilitating account setup, and liaising with the recruitment delivery team.​
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment specialists to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates as per client requirements.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and address client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all incoming leads, sales activities, and onboarding milestones using CRM tools.
  • Gather feedback from clients during the onboarding phase to continuously improve MGrow’s onboarding experience.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment services, or client onboarding (preferred).​
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and networking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/SaaS sales tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.


Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Experience in the EdTech, training, or talent solutions sectors.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking for lead generation and business growth.
