Business Development / Growth Associate (BDA)

As Dreamfoot continues to grow, the BDE will ensure smooth sales processes, maintain client satisfaction, and contribute to expanding Dreamfoots client base in the creative video production and digital media industry.

Role & Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Discover new prospects via LinkedIn, Apollo software, and other platforms based on target audience profile.
• Use LinkedIn and email to reach out to potential clients.
• Conduct cold calling to arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Filter and maintain lead database in CRM.

2. Client Engagement & Meetings

• Meet with inbound leads and present Dreamfoots services effectively.
• Research about clients and prepare thoroughly before meetings.
• Ensure smooth and professional email communication with clients.

3. Proposal & Negotiation & Follow-Ups

• Create customized business proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Follow up with prospects via phone/email after sending proposals or company profile.
• Document requirements as per prescribed company template.

4. Sales Reporting & Coordination

• Report monthly sales data as per company reporting formats.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth project handover and relationship management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 0–3 years in sales, or business development. (Experience in media, production, or creative industries is a plus.)
• Skills: Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable with a strong ability to build rapport.
