Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location:

Walk-in interviews will be conducted from Monday to Friday between 11 AM and 6 PM .

We are hiring a

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through research, calls, emails, and online platforms.
Conduct introductory calls with clients to understand their requirements.
Present IT services and solutions in a professional and clear manner.
Maintain strong follow-up communication to build long-term business relationships.
Coordinate with technical and internal teams to communicate client needs.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain CRM records and daily sales reporting.
Support the sales team in negotiations and deal closures.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities
Confidence in cold calling and pitching IT services
Understanding of software/IT services is an advantage
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
0 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / BDE / Lead Generation (IT Industry preferred)
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
