Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Generate qualified leads through

    cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry networking

    .
  • Build and manage a strong

    sales pipeline

    for

    US, UK, and MENA

    markets.
  • Research industries like

    Real Estate, PropTech, SaaS, and IT Services

    to identify decision-makers.

Consultative Selling

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand

    client pain points & business goals

    .
  • Present VortexWebs solutions —

    CRM, API Integrations, SaaS Apps, Custom Web Solutions

    — as tailored answers to client challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful

    presentations, demos, and ROI-driven proposals

    with the tech team.

Sales Execution & Closing

  • Manage the complete

    sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly

    sales targets

    .
  • Negotiate

    pricing, contracts, and service agreements

    within company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales delivery.

Market Development

  • Stay updated on

    CRM, SaaS, and IT industry trends

    across international markets.
  • Share market insights and competitor feedback with management.
  • Represent VortexWeb in

    virtual events, webinars, and business networking forums.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in

    B2B IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or CRM/ERP Consulting

    .
  • Ability to

    generate own leads

    (not dependent on marketing).
  • Strong

    English communication & negotiation skills

    (Arabic is a plus for MENA).
  • Consultative and solution-selling mindset.
  • Comfortable working across

    multiple time zones (US/UK/MENA)

  • Highly

    target-driven, self-motivated, and persistent.
