Key Responsibilities

Frontend (ReactJS + TailwindCSS)

• Develop modern, responsive UIs with

  ReactJS, TailwindCSS, Redux/React Query

  .
• Implement

  API-driven frontends

  , form handling, validation, and dynamic state management.
• Optimize for

  performance, SEO, and accessibility

  .
• Work on

  cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

  .

Backend (Laravel + PHP)

• Build and maintain secure APIs and services with

  Laravel

  .
• Implement

  authentication/authorization flows

  (Laravel Sanctum, JWT, OAuth2).
• Develop and manage

  queues, background jobs, CRON tasks

  , and caching strategies using

  Redis

  .
• Handle

  XML/JSON parsing

  for property portals, CRMs, and listing APIs.
• Debug, refactor, and optimize existing codebases for scalability.
  

Bitrix24 Cloud & On-Premise Development

• Build

  custom Bitrix24 apps, widgets, and automation scripts

  .
• Customize CRM workflows, pipelines, role-based access, and entity management.
  
• Develop and maintain

  integrations with real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), telephony (Ziwo, Avaya), and WhatsApp/email tools

  .
• Handle

  Bitrix24 On-Premise PHP customizations

  , including module-level changes and updates.
• Collaborate with DevOps for

  on-premise deployments, patches, and server-level fixes

  .

Database & Integrations

• Design and optimize schemas in

  MySQL/PostgreSQL

  (migrations, indexing, query optimization).
• Build

  REST APIs and webhook handlers

  for third-party system integrations.
• Ensure proper

  token handling, auth flows, and credential safety

  across systems.
