Technical Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-end Project Delivery Ownership:

   Manage complete delivery lifecycle for web and mobile app projects with structured execution.

2. Project Planning & Milestones:

   Prepare project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.

3. Daily Execution & Blocker Resolution:

   Monitor progress, identify blockers, and maintain flow across development phases.

4. Cross-functional Coordination:

   Work closely with Developers, QA, Designers, and DevOps for predictable and smooth delivery.

5. Requirement Analysis & Documentation:

   Participate in client/stakeholder calls and convert requirements into technical docs, workflows, APIs, and acceptance criteria.

6. Technical Guidance:

   Provide solution-level guidance to developers based on strong full-stack experience.

7. Pre-QA Technical Validation:

   Review features, APIs, data flow, and UI logic before handing over to QA to reduce rework.

8. Sprint Management:

   Plan sprints, manage task assignments, lead stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives with proper documentation.

9. Client & Stakeholder Communication:

   Act as the primary communication point, sharing structured updates, clarifications, and managing UAT cycles.

10. Risk & Change Management:

    Identify risks, maintain issue logs, evaluate change requests, and ensure timely escalation.

11. Reporting & Documentation:

    Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports including progress, risks, release logs, and improvement insights.

12. Technical & Tool Proficiency:

    Hands-on with JS/TS, React/Next/Vue, PHP/Laravel or Node.js, SQL DBs, Git, Linux basics, CI/CD, Postman, Jira/ClickUp, Figma, and cloud fundamentals.
