Business Development Executive (Inside Sales & Lead Generation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through inside sales activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on customer requirements and business potential.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, CRM systems, and sales pipelines.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present relevant solutions offered by Visko Group.
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the field sales or senior sales team.
  • Support end-to-end lead nurturing and conversion process.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and share lead status reports and performance updates with management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients through consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    inside sales, lead generation, telecalling, or business development

    .
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Experience in B2B lead generation is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, email automation, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling and digital prospecting.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer engagement abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing sector sales (added advantage).
  • Ability to understand client pain points and tailor solutions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
