Business Development Executive – Field Sales

Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking
Conduct regular client meetings and product/service presentations at customer locations
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in
field sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Good presentation and objection-handling skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

2–3 years of relevant field sales experience
Experience in B2B/B2C sales (industry-specific exposure is an added advantage)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
