Business Development Executive

Introduction

The Admission Counsellor plays a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition goals and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails
  
• Handle student admissions and consistently achieve assigned targets
  
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
  
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  
• Counsel and interact with students and parents
  
• Support students one-on-one in course selection, application processes, and meeting application deadlines
  
• Assist students in obtaining the required documentation for the application process
  
• Provide students, parents, and guardians with information on admission requirements, enrollment procedures, and related processes
  
• Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and maintain communication with parents of student applicants
  

Requirements

• Ability to empathize with students and parents and build strong relationships through effective conversations
  
• Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment
  
• Proven expertise in converting leads into successful enrollments
  
• Experience working with CRM systems
  
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
  
• Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills
