Business Development Executive / Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound cold calls, and emails
• Counsel prospective students and parents on course selection and career outcomes
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Achieve individual and team admission targets on a quarterly basis
• Close sales and ensure timely enrollment completion
• Guide students through the application and documentation process
• Provide accurate information on admissions, eligibility, and enrollment procedures
• Coordinate application processing and maintain regular communication with parents
• Update and manage leads using CRM systems
  

Desired Skills & Expertise

• Strong sales orientation with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Proven experience in lead conversion and inside sales
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust and empathize with students and parents
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools
• Comfortable handling high-volume calls and follow-ups
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduation is mandatory
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
• Prior experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, or Retail Sales is an added advantage
