Academic Counsellor – Bangalore (Offline Learning Centre)

Role Overview:

We’re hiring an Academic Counsellor for our Offline Learning Centre in Bangalore. The role involves guiding learners, understanding their career goals, and driving enrolments for upGrad’s degree and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective learners through calls, video sessions, and in-centre meetings.
• Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of EdTech sales, pre-sales, or counselling experience.
• Graduate or pursuing with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven and proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
