Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business development manager at Trumpet Media in Jaipur. You will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive agency growth.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and reach out to them via email, call, linkedin.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and pricing structures to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, report on key metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a digital marketing or web development agency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
