Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, social selling, referrals, and networking.
  • Pitch IT software, eCommerce, and AI/ML solutions with clear value propositions.
  • Conduct client-specific sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Handle negotiations, address objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and activities in CRM systems.
  • Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams for solution delivery.
  • Share market and client feedback to improve offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Portfolio or proven track record of sales achievements preferred.
