Key Responsibilities:
Architectural planning and master layouts for land, plots, and buildings
3D modeling, walkthroughs, and visualization support
Coordination with civil, structural, and execution teams
Regular site visits to Dholera for validation and supervision
Compliance with development authority regulations
Software Skills:
ArchiCAD
AutoCAD
SketchUp / Revit
3ds Max / Blender
Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
Unreal Engine
Illustrator
Candidate Profile:
B.Arch / M.Arch
4+ years experience in real estate and construction
Willing to travel Ahmedabad & Dholera
Strong communication and coordination skills
