Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to architectural design and development across all project stages, from conceptualization to completion
• Translate design intent into clear drawings, models, and presentations that align with client requirements and project vision
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and consultants to ensure design quality, coordination, and timely project delivery
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a collaborative and learning-driven studio environment
• Participate in site visits, material research, and design explorations, drawing inspiration from diverse contexts and disciplines
• Manage project responsibilities with ownership, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability
• Contribute actively to studio discussions through constructive dialogue, creative input, and a shared commitment to craftsmanship
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
• 6-8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution
• Strong command of architectural drawings, detailing, and overall project understanding
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), and SketchUp, with working knowledge of presentation development
• Ability to clearly communicate design ideas through layouts, diagrams, and concept narratives
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A genuine passion for architecture, research, design thinking, and continuous learning
• Familiarity with 3D visualization tools is an added advantage
