About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Telecaller and Sales Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders. The role includes telecalling, sales coordination, preparing quotations, and supporting field/inside sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or sales.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good persuasion and follow-up abilities.
• Basic understanding of engineering or industrial products (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
