Role & responsibilities:

  • As a Business Development & sales professional achieving revenue & sales targets through New Account Penetration.
  • Pitching Companies to identify new leads and potential prospects.
  • Pitching concerned person & Decision maker of companies.
  • Handling RFQs and Queries from Prospects.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Presenting company and promoting products in Various Engineering Expo, Seminars and Meets.
  • Follow up for pending payments from customers.
  • Cross Departmental Coordination for Smooth Sales Functioning
  • Actively Participating in Boot Camps and Sales Meets arranged by Parent Company.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Strong communication with Engineering fluency
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skilled in Objection Handling
  • Strong Negotiator
