Experience: 1-2 years

Education: Any Graduation + MBA (HR). (Graduation with Engineering background will a plus)

Skills Required: Excellent Communication Skills, Knowledge of HR & Employee Compliance, Strong Candidate Sourcing Skills, Good Candidate Screening & Assessment Skills, Understanding Job Specific Qualification.

Gender: Female Candidates Preferred

Job Location: Kothrud, Pune

Additional Criteria: Candidate having experience of recruitment for Sales Engineering / Mechanical Sales / Techno Commercial Sales / OEM Sales will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manpower planning & Talent Acquisition.
• Handling portals, Employee On boarding & orientation.
• Joining formalities
• Co-ordination for training & development of employees.
• Employee Verification and Medical checks
• Maintaining Employee Data
• A few Additional Responsibilities of Employee Engagement & Day to Day Operational Activities.
