We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. HR Executive to join our Myhrsg team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about building a career in human resources. You'll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.Responsibilities: * Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. * Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. * Help organize and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities. * Address basic employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.Requirements: * A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Candidates must be located in Nagpur or the surrounding areas.This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both from home and from our Nagpur office.If you're a proactive self-starter ready to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply!
