The Role: Hybrid HR Executive

We're looking for a passionate and purpose-driven HR Executive to join our team in a hybrid role, balancing work from home with time in our Nagpur office. You'll be a key player in managing our core HR functions, helping to support both our team and our mission.

Key Responsibilities

: * Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. * Employee Relations: Provide guidance to both managers and employees on various HR matters. * HR Policies: Help design and implement HR policies and procedures. * Performance Management: Support performance reviews and professional development initiatives. * HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, manage databases, and ensure compliance. * Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll and benefits administration. * Training & Events: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and company events.What We're Looking For * Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role. * Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Proficiency with HR software and the MS Office Suite. * Must be based in Nagpur or the surrounding area.
