Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business opportunities in the IT staffing domain
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
• Schedule and assist in discovery calls with potential clients
• Collaborate with the internal sales and talent acquisition teams to align staffing solutions with client requirements
• Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM system
• Assist in the creation of proposals and pitch decks
• Participate in regular sales training sessions and team meetings

Candidate Requirements

• MBA (Marketing/Sales/HR specialization preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interactions
• High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory)
