Job Description

Position : Business Development Executive (Software Sales- Inside Sale)

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation

Location : Bangalore (Marathahalli)

Job Type : Work from Office (On Role)

Shift : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Saturday and Sunday Off)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Qualify prospects and set up meetings or product demos for the sales team
  • Maintain and update the CRM with lead and pipeline information
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns
  • Understand client requirements and align them with the solutions offered
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets
  • Able to demo the software product on Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software/IT sector
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase software solutions
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized software solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and result orientation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software is a plus

Must-Have Skills:

  • 35 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to research, identify, and engage with decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
