What You will do:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Nurture client relationships to support long-term partnerships and revenue retention.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand needs, share updates, and maintain engagement.
  • Maintain and regularly update the database with accurate client information, communication history, and pipeline status.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and optimize regularly to improve efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, legal and support) to improve workflows and deliverables.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, delivery issues, or revenue inefficiencies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular analysis to ensure accurate mapping, efficient routing across endpoints, and improved delivery performance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing & related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing (internships or part-time experience included).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and creativity.
