The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Generate new business leads and identify potential clients * Develop and implement effective business development strategies * Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure long-term success * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet revenue targets * Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and partners Qualifications: * Proven skills in new business development and lead generation * Strong business acumen and experience in account management * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities * Willingness to travel and work on-site in New Delhi * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * 1–2 years of experience, preferably in the defence manufacturing sector * Knowledge of defence procurement processes is a strong advantage Compensation: Up to ₹5 LPA based on experience and qualifications Show more Show less
