Job Description

📍 Locations: Mohali & NCR Head Office Mohali

💼 Full-Time | CTC: 3.5-4.5 LPA

 Note:This role requires you to work onsite from our Mohali and Delhi offices, as well as travel to other locations for client meetings.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Business Planning & Execution

 

* Identify, pursue, and convert leads from both government and private sectors (domestic & international).

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support proposal creation.

* Prepare outreach programs based on annual targets, sectors & geographies.

* Assist in the entire *Pre-sales* process — presentations, concept notes, requirement analysis.

* Coordinate *Post-sales* follow-ups, ensure documentation, and client satisfaction.

* Support the Business Head/Director in strategy and pipeline tracking.

* Maintain records, schedules, and internal progress reports.

 

 📑 Proposal & RFP Management Preferred

 

* Prepare responses to *RFPs/RFQs*, coordinate with internal teams for timely submission.

* Ensure quality and compliance in bid documents, proposals, and contracts.

* Monitor bidding timelines and upcoming tenders.

* Training will be provided.

 

 🤝 Client Relationship Management

 

* Manage timely communications and follow-ups with new & existing clients.

* Develop long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs.

* Build outreach pipelines for high-value clients and partnerships.

 

 Contract Management (Supporting Role)

 

* Assist in drafting and executing contracts.

* Maintain documentation for contract-related communication.

* Support contract close-outs, extensions, and renewals.

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any stream, however relevant experience takes precedence.

* *2–3 years of experience* in Business Development (in IT sales), Sales, or Marketing.

* Someone working in road and bridge infrastructure preferred

* Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.

* Experience in pre-sales, post-sales required, and RFP documentation (preferred).

* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Social Media.

* Knowledge of Government procurement processes preferred.

* Able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

* Must have a startup mindset. Great opportunity to grow with a fast-paced startup.
