Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Follow up promptly

  with assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their requirements and move them through the consultation process.

• Provide accurate and professional consultation

  on our service offerings including Company Incorporation, NGO Registration, GST Registration & Filing, Trademark & IPR Services, Tax Filings, FSSAI, and other business compliance solutions.

• Convert qualified leads into paying clients

  by resolving queries, offering value-based guidance, and ensuring clients clearly understand the benefits of compliance.

• Maintain and update lead status

  in CRM/Google Sheets, ensuring that communication history, conversion notes, and client interactions are documented with accuracy and clarity.

• Coordinate with internal departments

  such as Accounts, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely documentation, and seamless service delivery to clients.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  , supporting cross-selling and upselling of additional compliance services as businesses grow.

• Participate in review meetings and feedback discussions

  , offering insights that help improve follow-up processes, lead quality, and overall conversion efficiency.

• Stay updated on Regalwhiz service offerings and competitor trends

  , enabling clear communication of service advantages, compliance importance, and value differentiation.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

• Prior experience in

  Business Development, Inside Sales, Client Consultation, CA/Law firms, Taxation, or Compliance services

  will be an added advantage.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong communication and listening skills to guide clients clearly on Business registration and compliance needs.
  
• Ability to understand and explain clients about legal and tax processes
  
• Basic knowledge of business registrations, GST, or IPR is a plus (training will be provided).
  

Language Proficiency (Mandatory & Preferred):

• Tamil & English proficiency is mandatory

  for client communication.
• Knowledge of

  Hindi and/or additional regional languages

  will be given first preference and considered an added advantage.
