Role Overview

Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Outreach

  • Identify and qualify leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and AI-driven tools
  • Build a robust pipeline of prospects in the HR outsourcing and staffing space
  • Schedule 5–10 qualified meetings per week with CXOs, HR Heads, and decision-makers

Client Acquisition

  • Collaborate with the Business Head on client meetings and proposals
  • Develop customized pitch decks and support the sales lifecycle from outreach to conversion

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor industry trends and provide actionable insights
  • Maintain lead data in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Share weekly reports on outreach performance and conversions
