Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive to join our team in Surat, Gujarat.

As a BDE at Prestious IT Solution, your primary focus will be generating high-value leads and converting projects specifically in MERN Stack / Full-Stack (React.js, Node.js). You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with technical and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is a performance-driven role that requires someone with a strong IT services background, especially in Web/App Development, who has a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in Business strategies and growth planning
