This role focuses on:

Marketing, Growth, and Leadership
Key Responsibilities1. Sponsors & Advertisers Acquisition
- Identify, pitch, and close
sponsors and advertisers
whose target customers are homeowners - Onboard advertisers into
Gold / Platinum sponsorship packages
Manage outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct partnerships
Build a strong pipeline of local, regional, and national advertisers
Examples of sponsor categories:
- Realtors and mortgage brokers
- Home insurance and warranty companies
- Banks and financial service providers
- Home improvement brands and suppliers
- Local and national consumer brands targeting homeowners
2. Strategic Partnerships
- Acquire
recurring-revenue partnerships
such as: - Apartment communities
- Property management companies
- HOAs and real estate groups
- Structure win-win partnership models that drive ongoing demand
- Coordinate onboarding and launch of partners on the InstaService platform
3. Brand & Marketing Collaborations
- Identify and close
brand collaborations
that increase reach and credibility - Partner with:
- Consumer brands
- Retailers
- Service brands
- Community and regional partners
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute:
- Co-branded campaigns
- Email and in-app promotions
- Landing pages and partner listings
4. Marketing & Growth Support
- Support marketing initiatives tied to partnerships and sponsorships
- Help design partner pitches, decks, and outreach campaigns
- Track campaign performance and optimize partner ROI
- Act as the bridge between Business Development and Marketing teams
5. Pipeline & Relationship Management
- Own end-to-end partner lifecycle:
- Prospecting
- Pitching
- Closing
- Onboarding
- Relationship management
- Maintain clean CRM and reporting on:
- Deals in progress
- Revenue closed
- Partnerships live
Ideal Candidate ProfileMust-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in
Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Growth
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Comfortable working in a remote setup aligned to PST hours
High ownership mindset with a bias toward action
Strong Plus
- Experience selling
sponsorships, advertising, or partnerships
Familiarity with digital marketing, co-branding, or growth campaigns
Prior exposure to US-based clients or partners
Startup or marketplace experience
Working Hours
- Primary working hours aligned to
PST (US Pacific Time)
Willingness to work late evenings IST on a regular basis
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Closed first set of
sponsors and advertisers
Built a strong outbound partnership pipeline
Launched at least 2–3 active brand collaborations for marketing
Clear revenue contribution from partnerships and sponsorships
