Role Description

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing long-term business relationships, and ensuring service satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the manpower and facility management sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and online/offline outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations, HR, finance) for smooth service delivery.
• Track, report, and analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Oversee daily operational activities across HR, Finance, and Admin.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and documentation.
• Assist management with business planning, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain and update records in CRM and HRM systems.
• Support client service operations and ensure timely communication.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in

  Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing

  .
• Strong skills in

  lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management

  .
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication

  abilities.
• Proven ability to work

  independently and collaboratively

  within a team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in
