Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in Agra . This is a full-time position responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, lead generation, and account management . The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing long-term business relationships, and ensuring service satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across the manpower and facility management sectors. Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and online/offline outreach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with internal departments (operations, HR, finance) for smooth service delivery. Track, report, and analyze sales performance and market trends. Oversee daily operational activities across HR, Finance, and Admin. Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and documentation. Assist management with business planning, reporting, and workflow optimization. Maintain and update records in CRM and HRM systems. Support client service operations and ensure timely communication. Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing . Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and client relationship management . Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with the service industry (manpower, facility management, or security) is an advantage.
